Though it is was tough finding a manga site that host that manga (most of the mainstream manga sites didn't pop up first in google.

Batoto list the different groups that scanlate a series, in the case of One Punch Man and Mob Psycho the group doing the work is http://nerieru-scans.com/ and they are an English group, another great work by One is http://bato.to/comic/_/comics/makai-no-ossan-r8850 i know that it looks like a lot of chapters but each chapter is like 2 or 3 pages long XD.
