Could of sworn I've seen this series somewhere before. But I'll look into that later, the composition look awesome. It's like looking at a in-game slideshow and the dark values mix with the sketchy hatching gives itinteresting depth. Though it doesn't suit the greenery and flowers plus the yellow light at the background. The flatness fits but the outline is a bit too sketchy with its low oppacity. The rest of the background is awesome.

Grim Fandango's the game.
The flowers symbolize death in that game as when you are killed the bodies turn into flowers. That's why the flowers are not really beautiful and more rough. Thank you so much for the review, I was unsure on how soft I should have made some of the foreground and background objects, but I'm glad you pointed those ideas out. There's always room for improvement! :)
